You can engage in your child’s learning at home and school in many ways. This includes getting involved with the school council. The school council provides advice on school matters and helps to strengthen the important relationship between schools, families and their communities. The council includes family members, school staff and community members. We will meet next on Monday, December 1 virtually. All are welcome! These will be updated early this fall with new and returning volunteers.Consider joining as an ambassador to support new families to Bond Lake especially if your home language is not listed. Kids Kitchen December Specials: Don’t forget to put in your December Kid’s Kitchen orders. Monday is December 1st! We have seen students needing to call home during the first week of each month as a new order has not been placed.
Kids Kitchen is offering the following December Specials Flyer:
- Festive Special: roasted chicken leg with mash potatoes, gravy and steamed vegetables
- Tri Color Tortellini
Inclement Weather Policy for Kids Kitchen: If the school buses are cancelled due to inclement weather and the schools are OPEN Kid’s Kitchen lunches will still be delivered. Lunches will not automatically be cancelled due to bus cancellations. For more information please see the following link

Student Pick-Up: A reminder to all families that the end of the school day is a very busy time and all staff are actively engaged in supporting students to prepare for the transition home. To help ensure student safety, we ask that parents/guardians not pick students up between 2:00-2:25 pm.
